Job Description:

 

Executive assistant to CEO

  • Work closely with CEO to manage activities and priorities
  • Prepare and set-up for meetings when needed (includes organizing lunches)
  • Manage CEO’s calendar
  • Manage CEO’s email
  • Preparing reports and/or financial data (advanced spreadsheet skills)
  • Preparing presentations (advanced presentation software skills)
  • Executive support projects
  • Other opportunities as identified by you and/or duties as assigned

 

Office Admin duties

  • Answer main phone line, screen, and route calls
  • Greet visitors and direct them to conference rooms, offices and meetings
  • Prepare and set-up for meetings when needed, includes organizing lunches
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Manage office cleaning
  • Manage office maintenance logistics
  • Book and coordinate travel (not significant currently)
  • Organize office-wide events for clients or team members
  • Ad hoc projects, errands, and tasks as needed
  • Manage HR birthdays, anniversaries, review schedules, etc
  • Other opportunities as identified by you and/or duties as assigned
